An aerospace engineer, former Italian Air Force Engineering Corps Captain, program management and ops leader, and an experienced Middle East strategy advisor, Leonardo Monti has spent three decades solving problems where institutional ambition, business uncertainty, technical complexity, and capital constraints converge.
For the past 17 years in the Middle East, he has advised sovereign investors, industrial conglomerates, ministries, aviation authorities, OEMs and family groups on more than seventy engagements— from defense capability building, complex M&A transactions, value creation and operational transformation, to national civil aviation strategies and national rail PPP funding models.
That trajectory has shaped how MontiCo works: structured analysis, practical conclusions, and a deep understanding of what it takes to execute through the organizational, financial, technical and regulatory complexities of real-life execution.
